The British Can Spot a Racist Lightyears Away

The National Children's Bureau released a huge document detailing how to recognize developing racism in children and what to do when its exhibited. For example, a child who, when given a foreign food, declares "Yuck!" he may very well be inclined to racism. Presumably, if the child spits out a bit of lamb with the same retort he's a perfectly normal British citizen. Oddly, being able to recognize black from white may very well be a child who will one day begin labeling those of the opposite color as less than themselves. Seriously Britain, why do you pay these people?
