Progress is overrated - I think the Stone Age was a brilliant time.

As suspected, President Bush and the NSA are going to appeal Judge Taylor's decision that the wiretapping program was illegal.

Also, this particular wiretap ruling may prove to be a significant boost in forcing telecoms to protect our privacy and cost them large amounts of money in the various lawsuits brought against them.

Hopefully, the Supreme Court comes to the same conclusion as Judge Taylor.
