I read about this a little while ago, but now Black Jack, MO has truly made a mess of things. According to a housing ordinance, Olivia Shelltrack and Fondray Loving can not live in the house they purchased.

They do not fit the definition of family: Olivia and Fondray are not married and have two children together. Without relation by blood or marriage, groups of three or greater are not allowed to live in the neighborhood. Oddly enough, this couple has been together for seventeen years, which, if I'm not mistaken, is much longer than what the average marriage lasts in the country.

Black Jack, MO, you're wasting taxpayers money on a lawsuit you will not win. You're outdated, and, in the words of Brenda Jones[ACLU], "pompous."
