Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has released a scathing report on the 2004 elections. He focuses on Ohio, of which he claims was one of the dirtiest elections in US history.

RFK Jr. points out Ohio used caging, refused to hand out provisional ballots despite law which required it, did nothing to alleviate long lines/waits for mostly minority neighborhoods, purged voter registrations, and forced registrations to use a particularly odd, heavy bonded paper which was not readily available/distributed.

Its an interesting development, and one which should be investigated more fully before the Ohio ballots are shredded in November of this year.
