The day the music died.

Syd Barrett, the original singer/songwriter for the legendary group Pink Floyd, died at 60. He was a musical genius, as you can hear in the album "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn." Unfortunately, drugs forced him to leave Pink Floyd where he embarked on a short-lived solo career. After just two albums, he faded away.

If you haven't listened to "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn," shame on you. If you listen closely to some of the lyrics, you might guess where I received the idea for my army of gingerbread men.

Don't die.
